With 10+ years of experience in digital product design, I currently lead the UX Design team at Lifetouch, part of the Shutterfly family of brands, where I tackle our largest eCommerce transformation projects.

My role is multifaceted, encompassing accessibility, design and user testing, A/B testing, and ensuring our products are both visually compelling and highly functional. In my current role, I manage the full spectrum of design activities—from initial wireframing and prototyping to detailed UX/UI design. I also assist with QA testing, user research and interviews, and facilitate stakeholder discussions to ensure that my projects meets user needs and business objectives.

My work involves synthesizing feedback and data to refine and enhance our products, delivering a seamless and engaging experience. My professional journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence at every stage of the design process, with a focus on creating intuitive and reliable solutions.

I am passionate about leveraging design to solve complex problems and enhance user satisfaction. Outside of my professional life, I’m a self-proclaimed nerd at heart, with an enthusiasm for AI and a deep appreciation for technology and innovation. I’m also an empath and animal lover, managing a bustling household with seven pets who bring joy, energy, and maybe (definitely) a little chaos to my life.
